When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days after purchase.
How can I track my package?
We will send you a tracking number when your order is shipped. Simply visit the shipping company's website and enter the tracking number to view the shipping status of your package.
Why can't I track my order on the website?
Please note that the tracking information will be shown 2 to 5 days after being updated. Therefore, if you can't find the tracking information of your package, try again 1 or 2 days later.
Why isn't the status of my shipment being updated?
Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to, for example, weather incidents, customs, or traffic jams.

What is your return policy?
