Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All products must be returned to EPYSHOP in their original condition. You may be responsible for the costs caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, mis-assembly, missing parts, or accidents.
If a refund or replacement is required due to product quality issues, we will cover the costs of return shipping and restocking.
If you need to return or exchange for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any restocking fees determined by EPYSHOP at its sole discretion based on the nature and condition of the product being returned or exchanged, as well as any other terms of EPYSHOP's policies.

Procedure for Returns or Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact EPYSHOP at info@dawnrise.co. We will reply to you as soon as possible. If the request for a return or exchange does not comply with the above terms, EPYSHOP will not authorize the return or exchange. If you do not contact us first and return the product without EPYSHOP's explicit authorization, we will not be responsible for the loss of goods, and we will not authorize a refund.
For all authorized returns or exchanges, EPYSHOP will send you a prepaid return label.
Please send the product back to us as required. To avoid any extra charges, please include all original packing materials, instruction manuals, complimentary gifts, and accessories with the product.

Once we receive your returned or exchanged product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inspect the item and notify you whether your request for return or exchange was ultimately approved or denied. This assessment will be made by EPYSHOP at its sole discretion based on the condition in which the item was received and any other terms of EPYSHOP's policies. If everything is in order, we will send out your expected exchange of goods or refund within 1 - 3 working days. Please note: You will receive the refund in the original form of payment within approximately 10 working days.

Damages and Related Issues

Delayed or Unreceived Refunds

Refunds usually take several days to process before they appear on bank or credit card accounts. If you have not yet received your refund, please wait for it to be posted and then call your bank or credit card company to check its status. If the bank or credit card company cannot confirm that there is a refund pending, please contact us at info@dawnrise.co. We will reply to you within 1 - 2 working days.
Contact Customer Service Email: info@dawnrise.co, to obtain a pre-approved return authorization. To expedite the process, please have your order number and the reason for your return ready.
All returns and exchanges must be in new, unused condition, complete with the original box, instruction manuals, warranty cards, etc. We do not accept returns of products purchased from third-party retailers. If you send us a return or exchange that is not complete, a restocking or re-boxing fee will be charged. All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels. You must handle return shipping yourself. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the return. Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they are issued. Products returned after the expiration date will be refused. We do not accept returns of products marked as “closeout” items.
